X-Sense, the flagship program of Flux is a soulfully curated course comprising of contemporary dance, dance theater and expressive arts. This transformative program for the body and mind is focused on movement, choreography, partner work, martial arts, freestyle and improv.
A 6-month long program designed for beginners without any prior experience in dance culminates with a production with live audience, thereby leaving each student with a euphoric experience through this exciting journey.
Classes run in parallel batches – allowing you to choose between weekday and weekend slots based on your convenience.

Our community-oriented theater classes are centered around helping our students reflect on important aspects of life, in the process developing one’s sensitivity and deepening the understanding of multiple points of views using theatrical techniques of voice modulation, micro and macro expressions, dynamics of physical body movement for character building, imagination and improvisation, action and reaction, emotions based on navarasas, constructing gesture, posture, stance and speech.
A theater director must have a deep insight into the graph of the drama action. This insight is to be on the emotional psyche of the audience.
He/she should also have a comprehensive vision of set design, costumes, properties, lighting, acting and sound design.
Kids are our future and a strong foundation now goes a long way in their physical and mental well being. Our Kids Club is packed with a lot of excitement as we facilitate storytelling, creative writing, aerial yoga, acrobatics, dance, theater, art and craft in a creative, experiential and compassionate way.
Our experience has shown us that kids love to attend the kids club activities after their school hours in the evenings. As a result they turn curious, creative and much smarter in their day-to-day life as well as perform better in their academic curricula at school.
Our facilitators also keep an eye on every single activity in its totality so that it doesn’t remain either a mere physical or a mere mental activity. We always look for a balance between the mind and the body.
Learning contemporary dance at Flux is an exhilarating journey. We take it a step ahead and make contemporary dance a very fulfilling experience by creating collaborative vibrant communities learning this form together with professional teachers trained in release technique, ballet, flying low, choreography and martial arts.

As we age if we don’t keep active, we need to re-learn the flexibility we had as youths. Become a pioneer of an emerging form of movement “Aerial Yoga”. A complete course of this beautiful and unique program at Flux will empower you to develop your own independent practice as a teacher.
In this yoga course we teach hatha asanas done on the hammock. It helps you center and realign your mind. It also helps you bring back attention to yourself and your body. Further, it will help you breathe slower and with more awareness.
We believe in imparting knowledge and making people independent. That is why at the end of this course, they receive a certification that allows them to be a trained teacher to train other people learn this art. It empowers them to feel more confident and find their own pedagogical methods.
Pack project is a year-long program bringing together women from different walks of and stages of life to share their life stories, create art, read books, watch world cinema, learn from each other, grow and explore their feminine wisdom.
This wisdom speaks from a place of deep emotional truths, intuition and instinctual self-confidence. The pack project aims to provide a safe and brave space where women can reflect on how today’s socio-cultural conditions are shaping who they are and take collective action.
A wild woman is one who is authentically instinctive. She also values autonomy. Therefore she is the master of her own self. In fact she is a free soul. Also, she is a passionate adventurer. But for her life is always in flux. And then she lives each and every moment of it in its fullness. That is why she enjoys each and every bit of it.
Intuitive Body Sessions
INTUITIVE BODY SESSIONS
Intuitive body sessions are one on one sessions facilitated by our Creative Director Sahiba Singh.
In these sessions, she works through your personal traumas and unexpressed emotions in a safe space by tapping into the intuitive knowing of your own body.
As emotions reside in the body, these sessions aim at experiencing the somatic (body) space much more deeply using breath and movement which helps in finding newer and insightful ways to express the unspoken.
The healing that takes place through these sessions is multifold and multidimensional, seeping into all areas of your life, personal as well as professional and is deeply felt in the body, gut and mind.
