To do a preacher curl, hold the resistance band in one hand with your arm resting on a surface, then curl the band up towards your shoulder. Alternate arms with each rep. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 reps per arm.

Concentration Curls
The final exercise is the concentration curl. This one targets the outer bicep, helping to create a more defined look. To do a concentration curl, hold the resistance band in one hand with your arm resting on a surface, then curl the band up towards your shoulder, keeping your upper arm still. Alternate arms with each rep. Aim for 3 sets of 10-12 reps per arm.

To add some intensity, you can change the angle of the band or increase the resistance level. You can also play around with different grip widths to target the biceps from various angles.

A Quick Circuit
