In it, the focus is more on the body’s abilities and non-physical characteristics than on its physical appearance. An example of body neutrality is saying to yourself, “My body enables me to engage in activities I enjoy”. Or another like, “My body is amazing as it helps me dance and express”.

Hence, body neutrality is about appreciating what your body can do as opposed to concentrating on how it looks.
