Flux is organizing ‘Ayurpak’ an Ayurvedic Cooking workshop facilitated by Avinashi Singh focused on connecting back to our roots. Also learn the recipes based on your body type (Dosha) and find out what suits your body and what doesn’t.
Understand your diet and get relishing recipes that can be modified according to your needs. Lunch would also be served based on your Dosha acting as a catalyst in understanding what you will learn.

Ayurveda has been an ancient holistic healing system for the past thousands of years ever since the Aryans settled here. In fact it’s a Sanskrit word literally meaning the science of life.
Ayurvedic medicinal system takes care of body and mind together. Thus it doesn’t only improve negative health. It also provides wellness as a positive value of life.
Ayurvedic diet plan comprises its menus based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicinal system. Once we decide a menu, we cook these dishes in certain specific ways so that their nutritional value remains intact.
We design Ayurvedic diet plan according to different body types, namely vata, pitta and kapha so that we may balance their doshas. In fact, Ayurveda treats food as the core basic medicine curing illnesses in the most holistic manner.
