Rewilding Retreat for Rewilding Yourself in A Rewilding Farmland – An Overview:
At Flux, we honor holding space for our community to thrive through various forms of creative arts. Building spaces takes care of our unique and individual voice to turn autonomous through self-governed organizations and communities. It re-wires us through participating in its activities in a collaborative manner. We embrace new leadership styles, explore new partnering/intimacy paradigms and find the courage to pursue new impact-based action.
Rewilding Circle Gatherings:
When we are not having a retreat for rewilding yourself in a rewilding farmland, we do rewilding circle gatherings.
For our community to have a voice and connect deeper within, we host new moon and full moon circle gatherings. This is a focused circle gathering of women, for women; though it is open to men as well. We work with the feminine energy principles and call upon the wildness we have in our bones. In the circle, we do an embodiment practice, story sharing, witch rituals, and getting into our own voice!
We journey along the divine feminine cycles of the moon. For this we use the energy of the full moons that bring clarity, revelations, and new understanding for rewilding yourself. We also use the energy of the new/no moons that release old patterns to relax and rejuvenate.
Rewilding Circle Gathering Activities:
In all our rewilding circle gatherings, we have blended activities that address both, the psyche and the soma. We focus on movement using somatic practices, intuitive bodywork, release technique and breath work. This all helps in releasing stress, emotions, feeling, and stuck memories. We also use sound as an element of healing. For this, we bring in several sound healing instruments like Tibetan/Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs and other wind instruments. They offer deeper relaxation, break patterns and regenerate/repair the DNA for healing.
In addition to these techniques which form the basis of addressing our divine feminine needs, we do a lot more. We also create an open space for people to talk about all issues that we face. There, you look at your problems from a different perspective and help yourself to take appropriate actions to change. Vulnerability is welcome through dialogue and guidance is offered based on healthy examples of success.
Intuitively connecting to the wisdom that already prevails is imbibed with shamanic card pulls. Circle story is shared from our bible “Women who run with the wolves” and other insightful books. We also open deeper conversations on generational conditioning. Dialogues on these help us break free from our self-created patterns. In fact, we do a lot more than this so that every session feels unique helping you for rewilding yourself!
That’s all we do and much more when we don’t have a retreat for rewilding yourself in a rewilding farmland.
