About The Facilitator
Usha Rao is an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor and India’s first and the only Warrior Master Trainer. She is also a Master Trainer for The Fit Club Academy which specializes in different fitness courses/workshops.
Usha, as an indoor cycling coach, conducts small group personal training sessions, and creates women-focused strength and toning programs. She also enjoys training baby boomers to achieve their stability and balance goals.
After working in corporate sector for more than 8 years, Usha decided to follow her passion. Hence she switched careers from sales and marketing to fitness in 2019. Since then, she has helped many people with their mind and body transformations. Her mission is to make fitness accessible to all. She does it by making it a part of one’s lifestyle as simply and sustainably as possible.
